By accessing and using MC Servers ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Free Service

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. Free resources may be limited and subject to fair usage limits.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes, DDoS attacks, hacking, or any form of cybercrime.
• Host or distribute malware, phishing, spam, or harmful content.
• Mine cryptocurrency, run crypto miners, or abuse server resources.
• Violate copyrights, trademarks, or any intellectual property rights.
• Harass, threaten, or engage in hate speech or discrimination.
• Share, sell, or transfer your free server resources to others.
• Attempt to bypass resource limits, exploit bugs, or abuse the platform.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.

5. Resource & Usage Limits

Free servers come with allocated RAM, Disk, CPU, and slots. Exceeding fair usage or remaining inactive for an extended period may result in suspension or removal of your server. We reserve the right to enforce resource limits to ensure fair distribution.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or any other reason deemed appropriate, including but not limited to abuse, fraud, or inactivity.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or uninterrupted service. Backup your data regularly.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms. You are advised to review this page periodically.

Privacy policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide the Service:

• Account Information: Username, email address, and hashed password provided during registration.
• Discord Data: If you link via Discord OAuth, we store your Discord username and avatar.
• Server Data: Minecraft server configurations, resource allocations, and activity logs.
• IP Address: Logged for security purposes, abuse prevention, and login tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Send critical service announcements (password resets, account changes).

3. Data Protection

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Limited data may be shared with:

• Discord: If you use Discord login, their privacy policy applies.
• Cloudflare: If Turnstile CAPTCHA is enabled, to verify human users.
• Law Enforcement: When required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (login sessions) and CSRF protection. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion or termination, your data may be removed. Server data and login logs may be retained for security and auditing.

• Access and update your personal information via your account settings.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Disconnect third-party logins (Discord) from your account.
